Mark joined the Bower team in early 2019 as the General Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Mark works closely with the Service Department making sure the customer has the best experience. He has been in the HVAC industry for over forty years, and in that time, he has acquired a Class A Contractor License, Master HVAC Card, and Gas Fitter license.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling to the beach, studying history, and spending time with his family.
