Wayne has been in the HVAC business for almost 35 years. He serves as the President of the company, overseeing each department. Whether he is on a sales call, running out to a house for service, or making sure the office is running smoothly, Wayne is always on the clock. Wayne also has his Virginia Class A Contractor License and Master HVAC card.

When he’s not at work, Wayne enjoys serving his community as a member of the Roanoke County Planning Commission and the Local Selective Service Board. Wayne also loves spending time with his family, especially his seven grandchildren.
